Meditate to Concentrate

   I know it might sound cheesy, but meditation helps to calm me down, especially before I go out on an audition. Quiet areas are best, but if you have noisy siblings like I do, being in your room with the door shut is best. It’s not like they’re going to stop, right?
   My mind and body relaxes and I suddenly feel the ease of pressure being lifted. It’s not rocket science to sit criss-cross applesauce and close your eyes.
